1. Your agreement with Hey T
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access or use Hey T, including our website, personal intelligence, agent runs, connected computers, approvals, events, and artifacts (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Your account
Phone verification is the primary way to create and access a Hey T account. You must provide a phone number you are authorized to use and keep control of your device and session. You are responsible for activity through your account and should promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may connect supported third-party accounts, such as GitHub or Discord, after signing in by phone. You authorize us to access and use information from those services only as needed to provide the connection you request. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.
3. Personal intelligence and AI output
Hey T uses artificial intelligence to interpret requests, maintain context, propose or perform tasks, and produce responses and artifacts. AI systems can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. Output is not a substitute for professional advice, and you must review it before relying on it—especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.
You are responsible for your requests, your use of output, and confirming that an action is appropriate. Similar output may be generated for other users, and output may not be unique.
4. Agent runs, computers, and approvals
The Service may turn a request into an agent run, use one or more remote computers or tools, emit progress events, request approval for consequential steps, and return an artifact. An approval is your instruction to continue with the action described at that time. Review the target, scope, and expected effect before approving.
Some actions depend on t.computer or other third-party systems. Runs may pause, fail, time out, or produce partial results. You should maintain independent copies of important source material and verify finished work before publishing, sending, purchasing, deleting, or otherwise acting on it.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You give Hey T a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service or comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content and authorize the requested processing.
As between you and Hey T, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use output generated for you. This does not give you rights in third-party materials that may appear in output. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud or deception;
- access accounts, computers, data, or systems without authorization;
- create or distribute malware, spam, abuse, or content that exploits or endangers people;
- circumvent safeguards, usage limits, approvals, or access controls;
- interfere with the Service or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission;
- use output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about another person; or
- misrepresent AI-generated content or actions as human-authored where that would be deceptive.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary.
7. Service changes and beta features
Hey T is evolving. We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features, integrations, models, or usage limits. Beta or preview features may be less reliable and may change without notice. We will try to give reasonable notice when a material change would significantly reduce a paid feature, if paid features are offered.
8. Fees
If we introduce paid features, pricing, billing cadence, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before you purchase. You authorize applicable charges and taxes for purchases you approve. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual property
Hey T and its licensors own the Service, including its software, interface, branding, and other materials, excluding your content. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service. They do not transfer any ownership in the Service.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may ask us to close your account using the contact details below. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law. Terms that logically should continue—such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Hey T disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not guarantee that the Service or any output will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for your needs. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hey T and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Hey T for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.
13. General terms
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of the Service. Applicable law governs these Terms, while preserving any mandatory rights you have under local consumer law.
14. SMS and changes to these Terms
Our SMS Terms apply when you request a sign-in code. We may update these Terms as the Service changes. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice in the Service or by another appropriate method. The effective date above shows when these Terms were last revised.
