1. Program description
Hey T Sign-In Codes is a transactional text-messaging program used to verify access to your Hey T account. When you enter your number and select “Send code,” you request and consent to receive an automated SMS containing a one-time authentication or security code at that number. The current program does not send marketing texts.
2. Consent and eligibility
You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. The web sign-in flow accepts international numbers. Delivery is available only where Hey T, its messaging provider, and the receiving carrier support it; availability varies by country and carrier.
3. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on how often you request a code. We generally send one code for each request, although delivery or retry messages may occur. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Hey T does not charge a separate fee for these messages.
4. Opting out
You can reply STOP to a message to opt out where supported by the sender and carrier. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. After opting out, phone sign-in may be unavailable until you take an affirmative step to opt in again or contact us to resolve the block. Other recognized commands may include CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, REVOKE, OPTOUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE, depending on carrier support.
5. Help
Reply HELP where supported or email legal@t.computer. For immediate account safety concerns, stop requesting codes and secure the phone number with your carrier.
6. Delivery
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can depend on carrier coverage, device availability, filtering, congestion, and other conditions outside Hey T’s control. We may change the sending number or provider and may suspend the program for security, compliance, or operational reasons.
7. Privacy and other terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, SMS consent, and authentication records. Our Terms of Service also apply to your use of Hey T. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms as the program or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued requests for codes after an update are subject to the updated terms.
